BLC Series

DESCRIPTION AND USE
Centrifugal electric blowers widely used on board for extraction and ventilation of air in closed environments (WC, kitchens, engine rooms, etc.)..

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
Spiral casing: made of painted steel.
Fan: steel forward blade, dynamically and statically balanced.
Note: our blowers are supplied of series with flanged fittings in the inlet and outlet side and a safety grid in the inlet side.

ELECTRIC MOTOR:
Direct Current:
Permanent magnets motor 12/24V, Protection IP 23÷44, Insulation Class F, Continuous Duty (S1).
Alternate Current:
Induction electric motor, 230V single-phase (M) / 230÷400V three-phase (T), 50Hz, Protection IP44÷55, Insulation Class F, Continuous Duty (S1).

ORIENTATION
Attention: the orientation of the blower must be stated when the ordering:
RD: right direction
LD: left direction

DESCRIPTION AND USE
High efficiency Centrifugal electric blowers suitable to grant very high capacities of clean or slightly dusty air with temperature up to 60° C. This fan are widely used on board for suction and ventilation of air in closed environments (WC, kitchens, engine rooms, etc.).

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
Spiral casing: made of painted steel.
Fan: steel backward curved blades, dynamically and statically balanced.

ELECTRIC MOTOR:
Alternate Current:
Induction electric motor, 230V single-phase (M) / 230÷400V / 400÷690V three-phase (T), 50Hz, Protection IP54÷55, Insulation Class F, Continuous Duty (S1).

ORIENTATION
Attention: the orientation of the blower must be stated when the ordering:

DESCRIPTION AND USE
Helicoidal (axial) electric blowers widely used on board for suction and ventilation of air in closed environments (WC, kitchens, engine rooms, etc.).

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
Drum casing:
VE series: made in painted steel sheet
VEX series: made in stainless steel
Fan: made in polypropylene (temperature range -5°C + 80°C), dynamically and statically balanced.

MOTOR
Direct Current:
Permanent magnets motor 12/24 V, Protection IP44 (IP55 on request), Insulation Class F, Continuous Duty (S1).
Alternate Current:
Induction electric motor, 230V single-phase (M) / 230÷400V, 400÷690V three-phase (T), 50Hz, Protection IP54÷55, Insulation Class F, Continuous Duty (S1).

ACCESSORIES ON REQUEST
Fan made in aluminium
Bi-direction fan made in Nylon / Glass to grant the same performances in both directions of flux (flux A: ventilator + flux P: extractor). Temperature range: – 35°C + 110 °C.
Additional protection grid

FLUX DIRECTIONS
Attention: the flux direction, protection grid position and the execution of the blower must be stated when the ordering (see page 169 for more specification)
A-A1 flux: ventilator
P-P1 flux: extractor
R-R1 flux: bi-directional (A & P)
