2. Use, scope and purpose of storage and processing

We store and process personal data for the purpose of maintaining contact with customers, marketing communication via e-mail, sales promotion, customer profiling with the aim of a personalized offer of content and services to customers in the e-mail and on our websites. When e-mails are sent, we record the page views of the individuals who received the messages and clicked on the links in the received messages. For better and more targeted offer as well as for personalization of further messages, we automatically process, analyze, profile and evaluate our clients’ interest in sent messages. Based on the recorded data and the created profiles, we do not perform automated decision making.
For the purpose of e-mail notifications, we store:

• e-mail address,
• name,
• last name.

We collect personal data with the explicit consent of individuals. We store consent together with  their content and the content of the form they were obtained with.

3. Processors of personal data and withdrawal

In addition to STAL mar d.o.o. (its employees), personal data are processed on its behalf and for its account by processors, such as companies that provide STAL mar d.o.o. technical support in the processing of personal data, such as manufacturers and maintainers of computer applications, websites and information services, developers and deployers of software solutions, external marketers, marketing, research and analytical companies, external marketing agencies and event organizers. All processors are legally and contractually obliged to comply with the GDPR.
We store personal data collections in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and do not transfer them to other countries.

4. Retention period

We retain the individual’s personal data until the end of the consent for storage and processing of the individual’s data is revoked. After the revocation of the consent of the individual, his/her personal data shall be deleted immediately, efficiently and permanently.
If our company ceases to have the above-described purposes for which we store and process personal data, we will immediately, efficiently and permanently delete the databases whose purpose has ceased.
We store data on the displays of received messages and clicks on links in the received messages for 12 months from the sending of the message.

5. Rights of the individual (person)

Each individual may, at any time, make a request regarding his or her data:

• insights,
• correction,
• complete deletion,
• ccessation of processing and storage or revocation of consent to processing and storage, without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent until its revocation.

Any individual may, in the event that they consider that their rights regarding the protection of their personal data have been violated in any way on our part, at any time file a complaint with the supervisory authority – Information Commissioner in the Republic of Slovenia:
